To date over 90% of breakdowns that we have attended have been repaired within 2 hours. We carry a large stock of appliance parts and spares in our vans, enabling your appliance to be up and running again in the minimum amount of time possible.
We don’t charge a call out fee for breakdowns that occur Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and we offer a 24 Hour Helpline (01243 820795) in case you are concerned that something is not working properly. Don’t panic! We’re here to help and can give help and advice over the phone before a qualified engineer arrives at your property.
For emergency breakdowns, the out of hours call out fee is £60 overnight and on Saturdays, and £70 on Sundays and Public holidays. All call out fees include up to the first full hour of service.
